The news of david carradine death in a Bangkok hotel room has left his friends and family stunned. Included in the mourners is his fourth wife Marina Anderson, who finds herself back in the news with unearthed divorce papers that allege "deviant sexual behavior" from the late actor.
Those court document, published by the smoking gun disturbingly allege that Carradine engaged in "potentially deadly" sex acts and incest during their four-year marriage, and that she suffered post-traumatic stress disorder because of the experience.
The 'Kung Fu' actor, 72, was discovered "naked, hanging in a closet" on June 4 in his luxury suite at Bangkok's Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. He was found with a rope tied around his wrist, neck and genitals -- leading to speculation that he may have engaged in a dangerous form of sex play known as auto-erotic asphyxiation.
Anderson, who is readying a book about the marriage, has stepped back from discussing the marriage since learning of his death last week.
"I'm a little crazed right now," Anderson told ABC. "All I can say is he is my ex-husband and I was very attached to him, and I don't think this is the time to go into details. I want to talk nice about him."
But the court record isn't as discreet. In it, she said Carradine and an unnamed relative were engaged in an admittedly taboo relationship. She said her "pleas for him to get counseling in regards to this matter were ignored and he wanted no part in the healing process the other person needed in order to get closure."
The couple was married from 1995 to 2001, but had no children. It was Anderson's third marriage. The actor's third wife, Gail Jensen, has spoken in recent days of similar stories regarding Carradine's sexual history.
